This established school was seeing enrollment drop as competition increased from area private schools. The Burgundy Group undertook a major rebranding program, beginning with in-depth, comprehensive focus groups with parents, faculty and non-school families. From this we developed a multi-pronged campaign, using videos, new print, neighborhood signage, an updated website and PR to raise the awareness of the school’s academic strength among its current families and increase awareness among the broader community.
